Messages arriving but they are not being shown

From time to time I got messages like "The pope has send you a request"  or "You have received a diplomatic message", but they aren't shown along with the other messages (at the left of the screen).

This happens ramdomly, most messages I can see without issues from the moment they are announced.

Messages are limited time and if you are playing at higher speed settings, then they disappear.

I'm playing at normal speed. Pretty sure they are announced but they do not appear in the left of the screen. Is not the case that they appear and dissapear before I can read them.

So, I'm not sure if you need the save file as it was before the missed messages happen or after, so here go both. The last save is literally seconds after it happened again.

In this save, it just said "You have received a diplomatic message" and nothing is shown.

I have had this happen too with the pope.
