Hello there !
Could you please provide the following info and files :

-the dxdialog
-A screenshot would also be needed
-Please confirm that there is no Crash folder (in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\BlackSeaGames\Sovereign\Crashes) - if you have it, please attach it as well.
-What is the multi monitor setup + any streaming/recording software if used ?

Thank you !

The game reports an out of memory error, although you have more than enough memory installed to run the game. Please check your machine's memory consumption and make sure that no other demanding software is running in the background while playing the game.

There is no BlackSeaGames folder in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\ there is only one in C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\

I have tried it again after a fresh restart and than the Game works, but after I closed the game and incised the memory from 4 to 6,5GB the game crashed again at 12 of 16GB (system) and 6,5 of 8 (graphic) used.

One thing I noticed is a peak of memory usage on campaign start.

The log of the crash is attached.

Hello,

Since you mentioned about the BlackSeaGames folder found in C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\, can you please see if you can find the following :

BlackSeaGames\Sovereign\Crashes

The Crash folder you are looking for should be named 'Crash_2023_MM_DD_XXXXXXXXX' (where MM is the month and DD is the date, XXXXXXXXX is the crash number)

Also, can you please add the player-prev.log file to the ticket ? (can be found here, right under the player.log file : C:\Users\NAME\AppData\LocalLow\BlackSeaGames\Sovereign)

Thank you !
