Cannot "Sign in"

I am having the same issue. Devs, please advise.

I am running the game on the Steam platform.

The upper left of my game says "local." This could be unrelated.

It would be great if you could help us solving this issue. Can you please copy this file: thqno_logs.json to the game's installation folder? Should be steamapps/common/Knights of Honor II/.

After that, please start the game and wait until you see the greyed out multiplayer button. Quit the game and open the installation folder again. You should have a new folder called "logs", please put that folder into a zip file and send it to me in a DM. You would really help us a lot with this.
