Pumukli
I bought KOHII Sovereign game two days ago on Steam. When I start the campaign, I see the loading screen, and after few seconds the game exits. I meet the system requirements: Win 10, CPU I5-4590S 3 GHZ, 16 GB RAM, VGA Geforce GTX 1650 super, I updated the NVIDIA driver. I tried to change graphic settings to low, but it didn't help. I reinstalled the game, and verified integrity of game files, and the result was same then before, the game crashes at campaign start. I have never experienced same problem for my other games. I checked NET framework, I use the latest version, I tried to repair VCredist.x64 and VCredist.x86, I use the latest directx version. Please help to fix the problem. I attached player log and dxdiag.txt DxDiag.txt Player.log Player-prev.log
Edward - The King
You do not want to see how many times crashes at the Multiplayer lobby, or during the campaign. If someone has a bad connection, and disconnects, or leave the game, all of them will be disconnected automatically.
Pumukli
Hi Edward - The King! Thank you for your reply. I had no idea that the multiplayer was so buggy. It can be quite annoying when the game disconnects during a campaign. I hope the next patch will fix these problems.
Pumukli
I have managed to solve the problem. I turned off all programs that ran in background - except anti-virus - and see the miracle, the game worked. Maybe this will help those, who have encountered a similar error than me. This error is strange, because when I didn't turn off background programs, I saw in task manager, that the PC used about 10 GB RAM. I have 16 GB RAM, so I don't think, that the low memory causes the problem. So the game is working on strategic map now, however the game freezes when I want to lead a tactical battle. The logs confirm that your PC was running out of memory. Can you also upload the player.log after the game freezes when you start a tactical battle? Pumukli
Thank you for checking my uploaded files. Since the last time when the game has frozen, I played 3 tactical battles, and the game worked well. After the game had frozen, I changed virtual memory setting in windows operating system, In control panel>system>advanced system settings>performance options dialog box>under advanced tab>virtual memory I set automatically manage paging file size for all drive. Maybe this helped. If the game freezes again, i will write, and send you the player log. I attached my latest player.log file.
