Similar to what the original game had, where you started as Normandy and invaded "England.." provinces to unify it into a country. I remember I played as Wessex, York and East Anglia and was puzzled I could not form England. I then realised Normandy is the only one that can form it. Maybe if they add Anglosaxon kingdoms they can form England too but with different flag and colour maybe and normal England can be formed with Normandy.
