Agree - it would be nice if you could see the same war screen that you see for your _current_ wars.

It would be great if I could tell my loyalists - "hey idiots, stop hurting our friends." It is annoying that if I neighbor an ally or vassal, they _constantly_ have to deal with loyalist rebels from me. They are strong enough that the rebels are never going to win I don't want them wasting resources - I don't want the territory anyway
