Disconnected multiplayer every time

Hello Fabian I am ahmed from Libya, i wanna ask if can I play Knights of honor2 multiplayer, and way I can't play multiplayer smoothly, every time get to campaign with a friend the game kicks me out with a message disconnected, and my ping speed is good at least between 40 to 80 I can say, is there any solution please I like the game so much and hope to play online smoothly without any lag or issues like disconnected.
