Description of war with another kingdom does not appear

In one of my campaigns, this error happened as shown in the image. As you can see, even at war with Sweden, the conflict information is not appearing in the menu, only in a pop up. This error always persisted when warring with only one kingdom. When at war with more than one kingdom, one of the wars always failed to appear in the menu.

The bug only persisted in one of my saves. When i started another campaign, it stopped happening.

I consider it to be a small bug.

I don't know how the error started to happen, but after i restarted the game it went back to normal.
