I have the same exact issue. I currently dont have internet so I started epic games in offline mode so I can play vs AI. It seems like it doesnt work, no idea wheres the permission I need to allow? My offline browsing is already ticked...

Got the exact same problem, I currently dont have internet so I started epic games in offline mode so I can play vs AI but it seems I cannot for some reason.
