Will there be a possibility to start the game as a loyalist or becone a loyalist if yoyr kingdom falls apart?

Will there be possibilities to influence other countries' cultures with spies or other members of the royal court? And will armies of other cultures marching through your province influence your culture?

ever considered a system like they have in Hearts of Iron where every victor of the war gets a certain number of points based on their participation in the war and you can then negotiate the devision of the territories of the defeated kingdom(s)?
