    If possible, can you please provide us with a save file for the aforementioned scenario?

    The location of the saves file can be found here : C:\Users\<YOUR USER NAME>\AppData\LocalLow\BlackSeaGames\Sovereign\Saves .

    Also, the save folders can be easier attached to this ticket by using an app such as 7zip or winrar to archive them beforehand, it will help us tremendously when downloading them.

  2. Hello again !

    On our side, we could not find any issues with the gold increase after taking the Navigation skill to level 3. 
    The increase can be noticed in the Merchants stat found in Royal Treasury -> Trade tooltip. Also, it can be noticed in the merchant's tooltip.
    The Navigation tradition and not the Navigation skill influenced the gold income from coastal settlements in Malmo.

    Could you please provide the following info and files :

    -The dxdialog
    -Player.log and Player-prev.log (in C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\BlackSeaGames\Sovereign)
    -A screenshot would also be needed
    -Please confirm that there is no Crash folder (in C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\BlackSeaGames\Sovereign\Crashes) - if you have it, please attach it as well.
    -What is the multi monitor setup + any streaming/recording software if used ?

    1) Instructions for the 'Player.log' + 'Player-prev.log'
    C:\Users\NAME\AppData\LocalLow\BlackSeaGames\Sovereign (where 'NAME' is your PC name)

    2) Instructions for the 'DxDiag.txt':
    - Press the 'Windows key' + 'R'
    - On the text field write 'dxdiag'
    - Press 'Ok'
    - You will see the 'DirectX Diagnostic Tool' window open
    - Wait for the green progress bar to finish
    - Press the 'Save All Information..' button
    - This will prompt you to select a location for the file to be created in
    - Go to that Windows location and find the 'DxDiag.txt' file

    3) Instructions for the individual 'Crash' folder (should be created after each Crash)
    C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\Temp\BlackSeaGames\Sovereign\Crashes
    (where NAME is the player's PC name)

    The Crash folder you are looking for should be named 'Crash_2023_MM_DD_XXXXXXXXX' (where MM is the month and DD is the date, XXXXXXXXX is the crash number)

    Since you mentioned about the BlackSeaGames folder found in C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\, can you please see if you can find the following :

    BlackSeaGames\Sovereign\Crashes

    The Crash folder you are looking for should be named 'Crash_2023_MM_DD_XXXXXXXXX' (where MM is the month and DD is the date, XXXXXXXXX is the crash number)
     

    Also, can you please add the player-prev.log file to the ticket ? (can be found here, right under the player.log file : C:\Users\NAME\AppData\LocalLow\BlackSeaGames\Sovereign)

  8. Hello again,

    -The dxdiag file can be obtained by opening the Windows menu - typing dxdiag (a Run command will pop-up) . Clicking on the command will open up a box with all the PC related info. You can choose to save the info as a WORD file ("save all information" option) and attach it to the ticket afterwards,

    -Both the player log and the possible crash folder are not saved in the Steam folder. As mentioned, those files and folders, if existent, can be found here : C:\Users\Your User\AppData\LocalLow\BlackSeaGames\Sovereign . (The player.log may be saved as a Word file in the Sovereign folder).

    -In case these files are not present, the dxdiag info, alongside a clip with the moment in which you attempt to start the title from the Steam app [or from the desktop shortcut] and additional info on the multi monitor setup + any streaming/recording software if used should suffice. Thank you !
