[Suggestion: Notifications Timer Too short]

Personally I pause the game when I receive important notifications to take the time of making a decision while not letting other events pass by.

[Cannot "Sign in"]

Same here, first time I launched the game earlier I had access to the multiplayer so I assume I was sign-in?
