[General Question About Black Sea Stuidos]

Hey guys, I've been a long time fan to Knights of Honor (BABKI). 
So (not recently) I had read that Black Sea Studios has become part of Creative assembly and renamed (Creative assembly Sofia). I was a bit disappointed thou KoH was what got me In to Total Wars in General. So I'm wondering is the current developer studio Black Sea Games related to CA or are you guys separate developers?
